Kevin was my best friend in ninth grade.
We were in a lot of classes together
He convinced me we were gay.
And we could be boyfriends forever.
We took a lot of crap.
For coming out as gay.
Out of all of the guys in ninth grade.
We were the only two getting laid.
Tenth grade was weirder.
Income offers from girls.
They will turn you straight.
For the price of a date.
Our junior year was full of drama
As straight guys want to fight us.
Everyone said they are just jealous.
And not ready to come out yet.
Our senior year at age eighteen.
We celebrate our four years together.
We commit to another four at college.
When we get our first apartment.
Master Degrees 10 year anniversary.
Adopting Children, becoming parents
Start a business, Our private practice
Twenty years at age thirty-four.
People freak we're still together.
To them this is our only answer.
We always take a Kiss to go.
We always give a kiss hello.
